How a commission works
1 Submit your enquiry
Fill in the form below with your preferred size, materials, and any inspiration or references. I will respond with a quote within a few days.
2 Accept the quote & pay the deposit
Once you are happy with the quote, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to cover materials. Work begins as soon as the deposit arrives.
3 Review digital sketches
I create digital sketches showing what the painting could look like. This takes 1-2 weeks time. We discuss and refine until you are happy with the direction, then I begin painting.
4 Progress Updates
I send progress updates upon request so any changes can be discussed before the work is complete. One free revision of the finished painting is included. The time necessary for the painting to be completed can vary, and it depends on the size and complexity of the work. Working time can range from 2 to 12 weeks.
5 Final approval & payment
Once you approve the finished painting, the remaining balance plus shipping cost is due. The painting is shipped as soon as payment is received. Shipping costs can vary depending on the size of the painting and your location. Usually it ranges from 50 to 250 Euros (more for oversized paintings).
6 Delivery
Your painting ships fully insured and tracked via DHL or equivalent. A tracking number is provided as soon as it becomes available.

Prices depend on size and your choice of gold leaf material. All prices are in Euros and exclude shipping. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size of the painting (typically EUR 50–250).

Damage in transit
