EU ORDERS: This painting is shipped from Norway via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship. Order processing time within the EU and EEA is 1-5 business days.
Since Norway is not part of the European Union there may be a customs fee to pay upon arrival. This fee is decided by each individual EU country and therefore can vary. Any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

NON EU OR EEA ORDERS: Please note that for shipments outside of the EU the processing time for the order is at least 10 business days to allow for export papers to be filed and approved. Depending on your country of residence there may be a customs fee to pay upon delivery. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind and you wish to return it you will have 14 business days from the date of arrival to contact me about a return. After 14 business days have passed the sale is final. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event that the painting arrives damaged please contact me within 7 business days of arrival and I will provide instructions to repair any minor damage. If the damage is major and requires professional repair the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a professional local to you. The buyer must provide photo evidence of the damage (including any damaged packaging) in order to claim the insurance.
If more than 7 business days have passed or if the buyer does not provide the necessary photo evidence and other required information the insurance payout will be forfeit. In this case the cost of repairs will be the responsibility of the buyer.STORE POLICY
