"During a solo camping trip last winter, I stopped for a couple of nights in an area of southern Tuscany with a nature reserve along the coast. I was happy to explore a stretch of coast that wasn't taken up by fenced off beach resorts with their locked gates. The park was centered around a coastal lagoon where lots of wildlife had found their home. The warm waters and abundant feeding grounds even attracted a large flock of flamingos that spend the winter there each year. I walked along the trails in the surrounding pine tree forest, encountering the occasional mushroom forager, until I came upon a clearing facing the water. The mirror like surface of the lagoon and the quiet in the evening air felt magical, almost as if a spell had been cast on the area to protect it from the influence of humans. This painting is the result of that experience, the canvas hosts my impression of the quiet awe I felt in that place."

All paintings are shipped from Italy via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship.
Order processing time for countries within the EU is 1-5 business days.
IMPORTANT: Please note that for shipments outside of the EU the processing time for the order is at least 10 business days to allow for export papers to be filed and approved. During holiday seasons this process may take longer than usual due to the increased number of shipments, therefore there is no guarantee that the painting will arrive in time for a specific date (such as a holiday or birthday). There may also be a customs fee to pay upon delivery. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
USA TARIFFS: There is no limitation at this time for art entering the US, however due to the changing political landscape there may be an additional customs or tariff fee to pay upon arrival. In the event that tariffs or any other additional costs are incurred when purchasing from the US these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it you will have 5 business days after arrival to contact me about a return. After 5 business days have passed the sale is final. Return shipping costs will be the responibility of the buyer.
In the event that the painting arrives damaged please contact me within 7 business days of arrival and I will provide instructions to repair any minor damage. If the damage is major and requires professional repair the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a professional local to you. The buyer must provide photo evidence of the damage (including any damaged packaging) in order to claim the insurance.
If more than 7 business days have passed or if the buyer does not provide the necessary photo evidence and other required information the insurance payout will be forfeit. In this case the cost of repairs will be the resposibility of the buyer.STORE POLICY
