"For people who have lived most of their life in the city like I have, the light of the full moon and the stars is not a frequent sight. When I began living in the countryside, away from light pollution I was stunned by the sheer amount of stars on dark moonless nights, but even more so was I stunned by the light of the full moon. When walking outside at night I always noticed whenever there was a full moon out, because I wouldn't need a flashlight to find my way to my destination. The light of the moon would bathe everything in its graceful silvery light. This nocturnal painting is an ode to those bright full moon nights."

Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship. Processing time for the order is up to 10 business days to allow for export papers to be filed correctly.
Original works of art are duty-free under Chapter 97 in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). Merchandise processing fees are applied, which equate to 0.3464% of the value of the artwork. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

EU ORDERS: This painting is shipped from Italy via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship. Order processing time within the EU/EEA is 1-5 business days.
UK ORDERS: This painting is shipped from Italy via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship. Order processing time is 7-10 business days.
Original works of art are exempt from customs when entering the UK, however a reduced VAT rate of 5% of the total value of the shipment is applied.
It can happen that HMRC can miscalculate the VAT rate and apply the non-reduced 20% rate. In this case the buyer must dispute the invoice. I will provide any necessary documentation to help dispute the invoice.
NON EU, UK OR US ORDERS: This painting is shipped from Italy via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship. Processing time for non EU orders is up to 10 business days to allow for export papers to be filed correctly.
Depending on your country of residence there may be a customs fee to pay upon delivery, although in many countries art is exempt from import duties. There may still be a processing fee to pay, but this fee and any import taxes can be predicted by checking the information for the importation of art for your country on official government websites. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it you will have 5 business days after arrival to contact me about a return. After 5 business days have passed the sale is final. Return shipping costs will be the responibility of the buyer.
In the event that the painting arrives damaged please contact me within 7 business days of arrival and I will provide instructions to repair any minor damage. If the damage is major and requires professional repair the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a professional local to you. The buyer must provide photo evidence of the damage (including any damaged packaging) in order to claim the insurance.
If more than 7 business days have passed or if the buyer does not provide the necessary photo evidence and other required information the insurance payout will be forfeit. In this case the cost of repairs will be the resposibility of the buyer.STORE POLICY
