Returns Policy

Original Paintings

 

In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind and you wish to return it you will have 14 business days from the date of arrival to contact me about a return. After 14 business days have passed the sale is final. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

In the unlikely event that the painting arrives damaged please contact me within 7 business days of arrival and I will provide instructions to repair any minor damage. If the damage is major and requires professional repair the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a professional local to you. The buyer must provide photo evidence of the damage (including any damaged packaging) in order to claim the insurance.
If more than 7 business days have passed or if the buyer does not provide the necessary photo evidence and other required information the insurance payout will be forfeit. In this case the cost of repairs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Limited Edition Prints

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
